The song “Tally-Ho” may be available on the Library of Congress website while Mr. Sousa’s overture to Joaquin Miller’s play of the same name was reprinted for band many years ago by Kalmus. As I recall the flute/piccolo part was in Db. Another source is the Chatfield Lending Library.
